Why SPELLBOUND Exists
Many people feel called to leadership in non-ordinary spaces, psychedelic, and healing spaces—not because they want power, but because they feel responsibility.
Yet too often, leadership training focuses on:
- Techniques without nervous system change
- Authority without relational ethics
- Confidence without coherence
- Freedom without containment
The result? Well-intentioned leaders who are:
- Over-holding groups
- Avoiding conflict or accountability
- Performing confidence while dissociated
- Replicating subtle hierarchies they never consented to
SPELLBOUND EXISTS TO INTERRUPT THIS PATTERN.
Not by teaching women to dominate, brand, or self-promote—but by helping feminine leaders recognize how power becomes bound in the body, the nervous system, and the relational field.
Spellbound is about yin leadership.
What is the Spellbound course?
Spellbound is a relational real time container where we make real life sustainable changes through somatic practice, ritual, coaching and personal practice.
It meets live and I am present at every meeting. The group size is limited to 15 people and other cohorts will be created if this size is exceeded.
What Makes This Program Different:
🌿Nature Is the Teacher
Nature connection in this program is not metaphorical or ornamental. In spellbound we work with your connection to nature to break the spell of hypnotic rhythm and societal forces that bind us into patterns that don’t really fit who we are. In other words, through attunement to nature, we are rewilding ourselves so that we can lead from a place of true authority.
It is practical, embodied, and relational.
We work with:
- natural cycles as guides for pacing and leadership
- landscape as a mirror for psyche and pattern
- ecology as a living model for integration, repair, and resilience
We partner with nature because nature teaches what no framework can: how to metabolize change without fragmenting, how to lead self-governing systems without hierarchy or toxicity.
This is why insight here sticks.
🔥 Living Container
We meet twice a month and live attendance is highly valued. The strength of this course comes through the people who are truly called to create the container. Spellbound is a way of life. This is also why we want you to carefully read the “Who this is for” section. The container is important and we are people who are truly willing to commit and bring their authentic experience to the container. Transformation does not happen in isolation.
It happens when:
- your nervous system is witnessed and recognized, not managed
- your questions are met by others who can hold nuance
- your gifts are reflected back to you accurately
This community is intentionally cultivated.
It is not performative, not hierarchical, nor judgemental. Come as you are.

Mythic Leadership
$5,000 –(only 6 spots)
Mythic Leadership and pattern changing work.

- 6 private sessions (3–4 month container)

- Direct voice/text access for integration support

- 6-month private mentorship
- Deep 1:1 work (bi-weekly or as needed)

Practical Details
Time Commitment
This work asks for real engagement. Expect 1–2 hours per week for sessions or content, plus additional time to actually apply what you’re seeing in your life—this is not passive consumption.
Missed Sessions
Your presence matters. Sessions are not guaranteed to be rescheduled unless there is advance notice—this container works when you treat it as something meaningful, not optional.
Skill Level
There’s no prerequisite training or certification required—but this is not beginner-level personal development. It’s best suited for people who have already done some inner work and are ready to go deeper into embodiment and accountability.
Refunds
Because of the depth and limited availability of this work, all payments are final. This ensures that those who enter are fully committed.
Enrollment Timing
Enrollment is selective and often seasonal. I work with a limited number of clients at a time, and containers open and close based on capacity and alignment—not urgency marketing.
Who It’s Best Suited For
This is for people who have already seen something real and are no longer satisfied living out of alignment with it. You’re willing to be honest, take responsibility for your patterns, and engage in change that goes beyond insight into lived reality.

This is for you if you have already crossed a threshold. You’ve seen something about yourself, about reality, about what’s possible and you can’t unknow it. You don’t need to question whether it was real. The question is whether you’re willing to live it.
There is a version of your life where your actions match what you’ve seen. Where you’re no longer looping in the same patterns, no longer negotiating with what you know, no longer waiting for the “right time” to become who you already are.
This work exists because that shift doesn’t happen on its own. And the longer you wait, the easier it is to normalize a life that no longer fits. I take on a small number of clients at a time, and I work in focused containers. When spots are filled, they’re filled—until the next opening.
