A Note on Journey Work
I do facilitate journeys.
But not as a one-off experience.
Not as a novelty, nor a last resort.
If we’re looking to heal something, we will be moving towards it as a portal for growth and evolution.
Journeys, in this work, are not the destination.
They are part of a soul initiation.
A threshold. A disruption.
A place where something deeper becomes visible—
and asks to be lived.
But an initiation that is not integrated becomes another story the ego tells about who you are.
Another experience. Another peak. Another return to the same life and same patterns.
I work with people who understand that entering an expanded state is not the work—
It is the doorway into becoming,
integrated with all of your experiences negative and positive
into a mythic knowing.
Which means:
- we prepare for it
- we meet it with intention
- and we integrate it until your life reflects what was revealed
Journeys may be part of our work together.
But only inside a larger container of relationship, preparation, and integration.

Accessing what talk cannot reach
This is where we move beyond insight
into the body, breath, and nervous system.
Through breathwork and somatic work, we access:
- stored emotional patterning
- expanded states that reveal deeper truth
- the intelligence of the body as a guide
This is not performance.
This is not catharsis for the sake of release.
This is where change actually begins.
INTEGRATION
Becoming someone different
This is the part most people skip.
Integration is where:
- patterns dissolve instead of re-form
- new ways of being stabilize
- your life reorganizes around what is actually true
Without integration, even profound experiences fade.
With it—
your life becomes difficult to return from.

This is not coaching.
This is a high-touch, relational container for people at a threshold.
We work with:
- your specific Spellbound pattern
- your nervous system and somatic landscape
- your relationship to nature and reality itself
- the parts of your life that are no longer sustainable
This may include:
- integration coaching
- somatic + breathwork sessions
- nature immersion
- expanded-state preparation and integration (including journeys when appropriate)
- direct, ongoing access to me
I work with 6–10 clients per year.
Investment:
